FORCE Communications Announces New Corporate Structure

Indianapolis, IN, April 10, 2009 — FORCE Communications today announced a new corporate structure that includes its two wholly owned subsidiary organizations, DRIVE Medical Consulting & Communications and ACCELMED.

Jay Greenzweig, RPh, Chief Executive Officer of FORCE Communications said, "We are excited to announce the creation of this new structure and launch the FORCE Communications business as a full-service communications company that will specialize in providing strategic, evidence-based communications services to healthcare and other professional business segments."

"We believe that FORCE will provide a strong corporate presence that is consistent with the progressive and innovative services of both DRIVE and ACCELMED and allows our organization to offer a wider range of services to support our pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, hospital/institution, and association clients." DRIVE and ACCELMED will continue operating within their respective business segments as separate, firewalled corporate entities.

"This announcement marks a very important milestone that will help us to navigate more effectively within the very dynamic healthcare marketplace through optimization of our aggressive infrastructural expansion."

FORCE will organize its service offerings into two business units that are comprised of DRIVE for strategic promotional medical communication services and ACCELMED as a provider of continuing medical education. Each organization will utilize an innovative strategic approach based on adult learning principles, while continuing to leverage our established network of specialty partners and the two companies’ separate, highly experienced management, strategy, scientific affairs, and operations teams.

FORCE brings together two established, award-winning companies, ACCELMED (Accelerating Medical Education) and DRIVE (Consult – Partner – Implement – Analyze and Validate) into one full-service communication organization that has a strong foundation in healthcare and great potential in other professional segments. The formation of FORCE Communications is representative of our new capabilities, reflective of the company heritage, and will help establish the organization as a strong influence of healthcare practice that can ultimately impact patient outcomes.
